Note From Mental Health Technician

I presented to the mental health technician the Declaration of George Michael Skuse as well as the statement of the Superior Court Clerk. The Declaration says there are 650 arrests for crimes of insanity in a two year period. The letter from the Clerk of the Court says there are 327 insanity actions for a 53 year period.

Each arrest for a crime of insanity must have an insanity action judging the disposition of the accused per the "Magna Carta" #39 & 40.

(Clauses marked (+) are still valid under the charter of 1225, but with a few minor amendments. Clauses marked (*) were omitted in all later reissues of the charter.

+ (39) No free man shall be seized or imprisoned, or stripped of his rights or possessions, or outlawed or exiled, or deprived of his standing in any other way, nor will we proceed with force against him, or send others to do so, except by the lawful judgement of his equals or by the law of the land.

+ (40) To no one will we sell, to no one deny or delay right or justice.

This link will leave the Lost Psyche site so make a bookmark! "Magna Carta" #39 & 40.

So what the man says with this note is that the responsibility ends here. We don't have to understand what is possible even if we have documents to prove it is possible even if the socratic oath, discretionary obligation as well as common reason say we should.
